Meet Joel Hogan
Joel is the fully licensed electrician behind Coast Power. With over a decade in the electrical trade, Joel qualified in Sydney and built his skills across some of the most demanding electrical environments in both Australia and New Zealand.

Why the Hibiscus Coast
For years, Joel’s work took him across Australia and New Zealand on large infrastructure projects. The work was challenging and the experience was invaluable, but it also meant extended time away from family.
When Joel met and married a Hibiscus Coast local, the decision became clear. He left the FIFO life behind, set up business permanently on the Coast. Coast Power is a business built on delivering high-quality electrical work while being present for his family and community.
Joel and his wife, Hannah, have been married since 2015 and are raising two young children on the Coast. Life now revolves around family, the beach, the gym and involvement in the local church community. This is home, and Coast Power reflects that.
